📍 Where Do I Go?

🔻 Use the Map Legend in the navigator and select Jobs.
🔻 Find the helmet icon on the map and tap Track.
🔻 Head to the marker.

🔻 Drive to the Fire and Rescue building and enter it. Go to the second floor and enter the locker room.

When you interact with the blue icon, the Fire and Rescue window will open. Here you can:

🔻 Get a job or quit it;
🔻 Start or end your shift;
🔻 View your personal card to track career progress;
🔻 Learn the basic rules of Fire and Rescue work.

🔻 Get hired, then start your shift. You will automatically equip your work uniform.
🔻 If all Fire and Rescue vehicles are already taken, you will see a notification when starting your shift.
🔻 Now approach the Fire and Rescue Storage opposite the lockers and take the necessary tools.
🔻 It is best to stock up: take several fire extinguishers, crowbars, and shovels.
🔻 After that, head to the Training Classroom. The Fire and Rescue instructor will answer any questions about the workflow.

📌 Important

🔻 You usually need three items: a fire extinguisher, crowbar, and shovel. The extinguisher is used for main tasks, while the shovel or crowbar is used for additional objectives.
🔻 Salary depends on several factors:
•  Number of firefighters
•  Completing the main task before the timer ends
•  Completing additional objectives

Solo work = lower pay
Working with a partner = higher pay

🔻 Work experience is granted only for successful calls and completed additional objectives.
🔻 There are three fire intensity levels.
•  Level 1 and 2 are extinguished with a fire extinguisher.
•  Level 3 must be put out with water from the fire truck.
🔻 Your work uniform has durability. It decreases if you get too close to open flames. If durability reaches zero, you may die from HP loss.
🔻 If you leave your work vehicle for more than one minute, it will disappear and your shift will end automatically.

💡 This rule does not apply at fire locations. However, once the task is completed, a 60-second countdown will appear again.

🔻 Every task has a deadline shown by the timer in the lower-left corner of the screen.
🔻 Firefighters should always carry first aid kits. Stock up in advance. They can save your life if you get injured during a call.

🚚 Vehicle Rental

🔻 After taking your tools (fire extinguisher, crowbar, and shovel), go down to the parking area and take a free vehicle.

💡 If a vehicle is unavailable due to your rank, you will see a notification. In that case, choose another one.

🔻 Fire trucks are allowed to drive through red traffic lights when responding to calls. However, avoid abusing this privilege to prevent accidents.

🧰 Workflow

🔻 You can view the list of available calls only from your work vehicle by typing /meslist in the game chat.
🔻 Pay attention to the required Fire and Rescue rank. Higher ranks unlock more difficult calls and higher rewards.
🔻 The fire at the selected location must be contained within the time shown on the timer. Hurry to the scene!

⚒️ Tools and Safety

Fire Extinguisher

🔻 To use the fire extinguisher, hold the corresponding icon on the right side of the screen.

🔻 Remember that extinguishers have limited capacity. Use them carefully and avoid spraying unnecessarily. Otherwise you will have to return to base for new equipment.

🔻 You can track progress through the Progress label in the center of the screen. If the label is not visible, you are not affecting the fire. Turn toward the flames and move closer.
🔻 Watch out for heat zones. They rapidly reduce your suit durability. You can recognize them by the orange flickering with sparks on the screen. If it appears, step back immediately. You can extinguish flames from a distance as long as you find the right position.

💡 Damaged suits can be repaired in the locker room at the Fire and Rescue base.
💡 If you use a fire truck with a water tank, you can monitor the water level under the suit durability bar. Refill water at fire hydrants located near the call location.

Crowbar

Used for the additional objective Blocked Door. It activates automatically when you press the interaction icon near the door of a burning vehicle.

Durability: breaks after 10 uses.

Shovel

Used for the additional objective Debris. Press the interaction icon near the debris to clear it.

Durability: breaks after 10 uses.

Water Cannon

A water cannon is mounted on top of high-rank fire trucks. It is used for fires that cannot be extinguished with a fire extinguisher.
If you try to extinguish a Level 3 fire with an extinguisher, you will see the message:
“Water is required here!”

To use the water cannon:

🔻 Drive the vehicle close to the fire.
🔻 Press the sprayer icon.

💡If the Progress label does not appear, the water is not reaching the fire. Change the vehicle position or adjust the camera angle. The cannon sprays where you are looking.
💡Heat zones can also damage your vehicle, just like your suit. Watch for the warning effects on the screen and move to a safer position.

Even a single cigarette can cause serious damage. Put out the fire using a fire extinguisher.

Parking lot vehicles and traffic accidents
This is why traffic rules matter. Such damage is unlikely to be covered by insurance.

Backyard fires
Contain the flames before they spread to nearby buildings.

⭐ Additional Objectives

These can be completed during the main task. Manage your time and equipment wisely! There may be several additional objectives during a call. Completing them grants bonus rewards.

💡 The objective window shows your progress.
💡 Once the main objective is completed, all unfinished additional objectives disappear. If you want the bonus, complete them first.

Flammable Substance

Sometimes dangerous substances appear at the fire location!

🔻 Look for metal tanks marked as flammable. Their durability percentage is shown.
🔻 If durability reaches 0%, the tank explodes, damaging you and spreading new fires.
🔻 If you extinguish the tank in time, its status changes to Extinguished, meaning it is safe.
🔻 If the percentage drops too low and you cannot extinguish it in time, move to a safe distance before it explodes.

Gas Cylinder

Gas cylinders are also dangerous near heat!

🔻 Your task is to move them to a safe location as quickly as possible.
🔻 Approach the cylinder and press the interaction icon.

💡  The safe zone will be marked and highlighted in red.

Debris

Fires sometimes cause heavy destruction. You may need to clear debris to reach victims!

Approach the debris and press the interaction icon. Do not forget about heat zones.

Blocked Door

Fires can warp and jam doors. Force your way through to reach those trapped inside!

🔻 Use a crowbar to break a jammed lock or force open a door.
🔻 This objective usually appears during vehicle fire calls.
🔻 First extinguish the flames, then approach the vehicle and open the door.

Victims

Unfortunately, fires sometimes cause injuries.

🔻 Your goal is to evacuate the victim from the fire zone.
🔻 Remove obstacles, reach the victim, and carry them to the marked safe area.

Power Supply

Old electrical wiring can make fires even worse!

🔻 Disable the electricity to prevent the fire from spreading.
🔻 Approach the electrical panel and press the interaction icon.

💡 Turn off the panel before water from the fire truck reaches it. Otherwise you may receive an electric shock.

🤝 Working in a Team

Invite another player to work together and earn more money!

🔻 Approach a nearby player who has started their shift (you can tell by the uniform) and type /mesinv in the chat.
🔻 If the player accepts the invitation, you can start working together.
🔻 The task structure stays the same, but together you will complete calls faster and double your earnings.
