🔻 To report players or appeal your ban, please join our official Discord server — Black Russia | RIO.
🔻 Head to  DENUNCIAS ➡️ criar-denúncia and tap Contact us.

🔻 Fill in the form and confirm sending your application.

🔻 To attach an evidence link, you may use any convenient file hosting service — Google Drive, Dropbox, YouTube, or any other platform of your choice. Please make sure the privacy settings allow access to the content. Otherwise, we won’t be able to review the materials and the request will have to be closed.
🔻 Request processing usually takes between 48 and 72 hours, depending on the selected topic.
🔻 If your game account is not linked to Discord, only the general Discord report category will be available.

🔻 Linked accounts can select specific report categories, which helps speed up the review process.

💡 You will receive updates regarding your report via direct messages from BLACK CHANNEL BOT. 
💡 You may only submit one report per issue at a time. Once it has been reviewed, you may create another report if necessary.

⚠️ Please avoid creating multiple reports about the same issue. Duplicated reports slow down the review process and will not affect the final decision.
