🔴 What’s the Issue?

If you were disconnected by the anti-cheat system, check the PacketLoss and Ping values shown in the window that appeared on your screen.

💡 PacketLoss shows the ratio of lost packets to the ones successfully received by our servers. It should not be higher than 0.000000. A higher value means packet loss and an unstable connection, which may lead to disconnect.
💡 Ping is the time it takes for data to travel from your device (PC or smartphone) to the server and back. The lower this value is, the better. If your ping is higher than 100, you may experience freezes, lags, or connection loss.

If you don’t see any issues, there may have been a sudden ping spike during gameplay, which can also trigger the anti-cheat system.

Sometimes the issue can be fixed by:

🔻 Restarting your device or turning Airplane Mode on and off (for mobile data users).
🔻 Restarting your router (for Wi-Fi users).

⚠️ We also recommend using a more stable network connection as a rule.
