General Information — Administration

1.01 Administrator — server representative who helps players solve problems and keeps order by enforcing the project rules.

1.02 An administrator’s responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the overall Role Play process;
  • Reviewing player complaints in-game;
  • Moderating certain Discord channels;
  • Overseeing and monitoring factions\organisations;
  • Helping players in a timely manner;
  • Improving the overall player experience;
  • Other important tasks.

1.03 The head of the entire project’s administration is the Special Administrator. On each individual server, the head is the Head Administrator and their Deputy.

1.04  Promotions are decided by the Head Administrator or Deputy, based on what the role requires.

1.05 Any server admin can take time off or go on vacation if the Head Admin or Deputy approves.

1.06 The administration has a demerit (warning) system that affects promotions and continued admin status.

1.07 Reprimands can be removed at the Head Admin or Deputy's discretion, depending on activity and performance.

1.08 An administrator is an OOC character and must not intentionally interfere with or participate in any RP process on the server.

All interactions between players and administrators are OOC. If an administrator joins a conversation, it automatically becomes OOC. Any chat can be used to communicate with the admistrator in this case.

1.09 Project administration will never ask players for personal information. If anyone claims to be from the administration and requests personal data (incl. passwords or restoration codes), immediately report it to the Head Administrator or their Deputy.

1.10 Administration Hierarchy:

  • Special Administrator
  • Deputy Special Administrator
  • Head Administrator
  • Deputy Head Administrator
  • Administration / support agents / organizations Curator

  • Administrator (can become Senior Supervisor or Deputy Curator, or promoted to the  Curator of the specific department in some cases)
  • Senior Moderator (can become Senior Supervisor / Deputy Curator in some cases)
  • Moderator (can become Supervisor or Discord Curator)
  • Junior Moderator

1.11 The Main Administrator can add extra server rules as long as they don't conflict with the main project rules.

All additional rules must be clearly written in a single Discord topic in the administration section and must be approved by the Special Administrator.

Game Property (for Administration)

2.01 It’s important to understand that an administrator is a former (and future) player who may have earned in-game assets through regular gameplay.

2.02 Every administrator has the full right to own property, vehicles, and accessories.

2.03 Administrators may freely manage their own in-game assets, within the limits of the restrictions below.

2.04 Administrators are forbidden from owning businesses, gas stations, transport companies, or construction companies.

Technical specialists may own a business (with leadership approval) if they are not performing duties on that server.

Example: A technical specialist who works with logging on the BLACK server may own an in-game business on all other servers except BLACK. A Discord -only technical specialist may own an in-game business regardless of the server.

ExceptionVarious giveaways, contests.

2.05 Administrators are forbidden from reselling in-game assets.

Exception: Between other administrators, or with approval from the Head Administrator or their Deputy.

Note: You don't need approval to buy or sell in-game valuables while playing on a twink account.

2.06 Administrators are strictly forbidden from giving away any items or assets obtained using admin commands.

Main Rules for Administration

3.01 Anyone holding an administrator position must complete their assigned tasks, daily quota, and all duties of their role.

3.02 It is forbidden to remove or change punishments issued by another administrator.

Exception: The Head Administrator, Deputy Head Administrator, and Special Administration.

3.03 All punishments must be issued strictly according to the server rules.

3.04 Administrators may choose the appropriate punishment within the limits set by the rules.

3.05 Administrators must maintain proper subordination and respect toward players and colleagues.

3.06 It is forbidden to issue punishments based on evidence sent via private messages.

All player complaints and appeals are handled in the dedicated official Discord channels for each server.

3.07 Administrators must keep proof of violations for at least 3 days.

3.08 Administrators must not show superiority or abuse their position over regular players.

3.09 It is forbidden to spawn vehicles in crowded areas in front of players without a valid reason.

3.10 Spawning vehicles is allowed to help players (RP situations, filming videos, organizing events, etc.).

Administrators are also allowed to use personal vehicles solely for monitoring gameplay and responding quickly to situations on the server.

3.11 Administrators must issue punishments impartially and fairly.

3.12 Administrators must know all server rules and commands.

3.13 It is forbidden to publish (leak) internal project or administration-only information.

Publishing chat logs is allowed if the screenshot or video has been sanctioned by the Head Administrator or their Deputy.

3.14 It is forbidden to threaten players.

3.15 While holding an admin position, you may not change your in-game nickname.

3.16 It is forbidden to give unclear or incorrect responses to player reports.

Responses like "Clarify", "Use RP, "Coming", "Running", "Watching", "Rushing", "Working" and similar are not allowed. The correct response in this case is: "Processing your report."

3.17 It is forbidden to give players HP-refills, weapons, vehicles, or any in-game assets without a strong, valid reason.

3.18 Administrators are forbidden from sharing evidence containing violations with players or other admins.

Evidence must be provided without fail upon request by the Special Administration, server management, or the project team.

3.19 It is forbidden to hold leadership positions on other similiar projects.

3.20 Administration members may not use cheats or any third-party software. Only the official admin build provided by the developers may be used.

3.21 Administrators (Senior Moderator and higher) must moderate player complaints in .

  • Complaints against the administration are handled by server management or the Special Administration.
  • Complaints against faction leaders are handled by the Organizations Curator and their Deputy.

3.22 Administrators conducting job interview calls must record the entire process and provide the video upon request.

3.23 Administration may help players with problems they cannot solve themselves.

Example: A player's vehicle is stuck in water or ran out of fuel in a field, and reaching the nearest 24/7 store is difficult or takes too long.

  • Help can only be provided if the player does not gain an advantage over other players — for example, during a shootout, a chase, or being detained by government factions members.

3.24 Administrators are forbidden from playing in the casino, participating in system events, or opening containers, except between 20:00 and 08:00.

  • Playing in the casino and opening containers during the allowed time is permitted if there are enough admins online on the server and all complaints and questions have been adressed.
  • System events include: the computer club, themed events (New Year, Halloween), etc.

3.25 Administrators are forbidden from working any regular jobs at any time.

Faction tasks and similar ways of earning money within factions are also forbidden.

Exception: Completing BLACK PASS tasks with the approval of the Head Administrator.

3.26 After leaving the administration, reinstatement depends on previous rank.

  • Reinstatement is only possible to the position of Junior Moderator or Moderator (at the discretion of the Special Administration or Head Administrator).
  • A candidate must pass a server rules test. The test must be recorded on video, and the video must be kept and provided to the Special Administration upon request.

3.27 If a player repeatedly takes and leaves the admin position for unjustified reasons, their account may be banned for up to 30 days.

If a player loses their admin position due to violating admin rules, their account may be banned — regardless of whether this was their first time as an administrator or not.

3.28  If an admin leaves their position, they can only be reinstated through an interview — and only to the same server.

The Head Administrator decides whether to reinstate an administrator.

Example: An administrator from server Yellow was transferred to server White, then left the White server a position voluntarily. In that case, they can only be reinstated on server White — reinstatement on server Yellow is not allowed.

3.29 Administrators are forbidden from being in player families or creating their own families.

The Head Administrator may create a family; Membership is sanctioned and not forbidden.

3.30 Without permission from the Head Administrator or their Deputy, an admin is forbidden from accepting or giving any in-game valuables (vehicles, money, accessories, etc.) to or from players.

3.31 The Main Administrator is responsible for their team, may form the team as they see fit, appoint and remove administrators due to loss of trust.

3.32 Every admin must set up additional account security — link an email address and enable a secret code or Google Authenticator.

3.33 If an administrator wants to create content  related to gameplay or administration duties, they must contact the Head Administrator and go through a special briefing.

  • Recording content on other similar-themed projects is forbidden.
  • Publishing content that hasn't been approved by the Head Administrator may result in removal from the admin position.

3.34 Administrators may use their personal vehicles for patrolling, helping players, and catching rule breakers.

Patrolling should happen in areas with high player activity.

Twink Accounts (Alts)

4.01 All administrators may play on a twink account with approval from the Head Administrator.

  • The server administration keeps a list of these accounts and keeps an eye on admin activity. If things on the server get unstable for a while, the Head Admin can ban playing on twink accounts.
  • You can only play on a twink account if the server is stable
  • If someone becomes an admin for the first time, they can't get approval to play on a twink account until at least 7 days have passed since their appointment.

4.02 It is forbidden to hold leadership positions in factions on a twink.

4.03 If a complaint is filed against an administrators twink account, it is treated as a complaint against the administrator.

Breaking server rules on a twink account results in a reprimand for the admin.

4.04 It is forbidden to use admin privileges while on a twink account.

  •  While an admin is on a twink account, they are forbidden from handling rule violation cases or issuing punishments on their own. Any such situations must be forwarded — along with evidence — to the Deputy Admin Curator or the Admin Curator for a decision.
  • While an admin is on a twink account, they are forbidden to talk about issuing a punishment that will be carried out from the main account, thereby influencing the player and showing an advantage over them.
