A player can take a leader position in organizations starting from level 8 of their game account.
1. Responsibilities of Organization Leaders
1.1. The leader is responsible for providing comfortable conditions for the faction;
1.2. The leader is responsible for maintaining a high level of RP within the faction;
1.3. The full leader term lasts 25 days;
Days spent in sanctioned inactivity are not counted.
1.4. The leader is responsible for maintaining good activity within the faction;
1.5. The minimum required online time for a leader is 2 hours per day;
1.6. The leader bears full responsibility for their faction and staff;
1.7. The leader is responsible for training staff members to perform the main functions of the organization;
1.8. The leader is required to participate in all global RP situations without exceptions;
1.9. The leader is required to organize and conduct 4 Role Play situations per week and publish reports in the appropriate Discord section;
1.10. The leader is required to attach proof, provide the reason, and include full information about a player being added to the faction blacklist.

3. General Rules
3.1. Leaders are prohibited from fully disbanding a faction without permission from the organization curator. Demotion of senior staff members is allowed;
3.2. Leaders are prohibited from ignoring players or their /sms messages (exceptions: RP events, zero phone balance, conducting interviews);
3.3. If a leader fails to serve at least 15 days, their account will be blocked for 15 days;
3.4. If a leader fails to complete the full term (25 days), they will be removed with a warning | Warn;
3.5. A leader may transfer their position upon completing their term if the player has rank 9 in the organization (with permission from the organization curator);
3.6. Leaders are prohibited from changing their in-game nickname;
3.7. A Leader Deputy must be at least level 6 for Orginized crime groups (gangs) and at least level 7 for government organizations;
3.8. If a leader is found behaving inappropriately, they may receive a warning or be removed from their position;
3.9. If a leader remains inactive for an extended period of time, they may receive a warning or be removed from their position;
3.10. One deputy (rank 9) may be appointed through trust appointment;
3.11. Leaders are prohibited from holding management positions on other projects;
3.12. Leaders are strictly prohibited from staying AFK without minimizing the game or remaining in RP sleep;
3.13. The minimum duration of an interview is 30 minutes;
3.14. If a leader completes their term without warnings, they may participate in the application process for a server administrator position;
3.15. Leaders are prohibited from abusing their official powers;
3.16. If a leader completes the full term (25 days), they may take a second term;
3.17. If a leader is removed due to an account ban, they are prohibited from taking another leader position for 30 days;
3.18. Leaders are allowed to dismiss employees for insults in non-RP chat and for violating faction subordination rules;
3.19. Leaders are prohibited from leaving during faction interviews;
3.20. A leader may appoint no more than three deputies, including the deputy appointed through trust. Otherwise, the leader may receive a warning or be removed from their position;
Two deputies may be appointed either through interviews or through the promotion system.
3.21. Dismissing a player from a faction must be justified, or proof of violations must be provided;
Proof must be stored for three days from the moment of dismissal.
3.22. Any insults directed at players on social media, Discord, etc. are prohibited;
3.23. Selling positions for real or in-game currency is prohibited | Warn / Ban 7–15 days / PermBan;
3.24. While holding a leader position, a player is prohibited from applying for a helper position or a leader position on another server;
3.25. Leaders are prohibited from allowing employees below rank 6 to conduct interviews.
