1.1. Employees (faction members) may be promoted through reports only if all promotion requirements listed in the organization’s topic are completed.
Exception: automatic in-game promotions received for completing tasks.
1.2. Promotion reports must be submitted by the employee in the proper section of their organization’s Discord
1.3. Submitted reports must fully meet all promotion requirements.
1.4. When promoting employees up to rank 6 through reports, the organization leader and their deputy do not need to notify the supervising administration, since all information is recorded in the report section.
1.5. The channel\thread used for submitting and reviewing promotion reports, as well as the “Anti-Favoritism\Anti-Abuse” section, is created by the Head Administrator and cannot be edited by the organization leader.
1.6. Any appointments or promotions that violate the current rules are prohibited.
1.7. The supervising administration has the right to check the validity of employee appointments or promotions.
1.8. All recordings of deputy leader interviews must be provided to the organization curator and stored in the proper registry.
This registry is managed by the organization curator under the supervision of the server management.
1.9. When joining an organization through a discord application, the highest possible starting rank is rank 3.
2.1. Appointments to ranks 7–9 may be done through applications, candidate selection, and interviews, and/or through promotions based on criteria set by the organization leader.
2.2. Appointment of a trusted person to rank 9 is allowed only once during the entire leader term. If the trusted person leaves the position for any reason, another trusted appointment is not allowed.
2.3. A trusted person may only be appointed after an interview conducted by the leader in the presence of the senior supervising administrator and/or higher administration of the direction.
2.4. Appointments to ranks 7–9 may be done through Discord applications. After applications are opened, the organization leader selects candidates who meet the requirements. Approved candidates are then allowed to participate in the interview (via Discord).
2.5. Interviews for ranks 7–9 are conducted by the organization leader in the mandatory presence of the supervising administrator of the organization and/or higher administration of the direction.
2.6. Only employees of the organization may submit applications and participate in interviews during senior staff recruitment.
2.7. If a candidate is already in the organization and receives a rank 7–9 appointment through an interview, a separate notification in the “Anti-Favoritism\Anti-Abuse” section is not required.
2.8. Interview results must be published by the leader in the proper application thread\channel.
2.9. Promotion to ranks 7 and 8 through the report thread\channel. is allowed if all materials confirming completion of the leader’s requirements are published in the proper organization topic.
2.10. After a decision is made to promote an employee to rank 7 or 8, a mandatory entry must be created in the “Anti-Favoritism\Anti-Abuse” section with links to all employee reports attached.
2.11. The organization leader is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the employee’s reports.
2.12. Promotion to rank 9 is allowed only by the leader’s decision, after all required criteria are met and after an additional interview. The interview must be conducted in the presence of the supervising administrator of the organization and/or higher administration of the department.
3.1. Only members of a Organized criminal organization (gang) with rank 6 or higher are allowed to participate in business wars.
3.2. Business war participants may be appointed through Discord promotions in the proper topic\channel\thread and/or through applications and/or by the leader’s decision.
3.3. If a business war participant is appointed through applications or by the leader’s decision, a separate notification in the “Anti-Favoritism\Anti-Abuse” section must be created.
