To work in government agencies, you’ll need a medical card. Just one visit — and you’re on your way to challenges, ranks, and respect!

📍Where Do I Go?

🔻 Use the Map Legend and select State Agencies.
🔻 Choose the state building icon and tap Track.
🔻 Head to the marked point!

🔻 Enter the hospital and walk to the red pickup point Get Medical Card.

🔴 How Do I Get It?

🔻 The medical exam costs 5,000 ₽. If you’re ready to proceed, tap Confirm
🔻 A red marker will appear on the mini-map. It shows your doctor’s location. Message them in the game chat and ask for a medical card.
🔻 If the player does not have Rank 3 in the medical organization, they cannot issue the document. In this case, find a higher-rank player.
🔻 The exam takes 10 minutes. You’ll see a notification in chat.

You can spend this time as you like: chat with players or complete in-game tasks. Just don’t forget to return to the red pickup when time is up!

💡 You can also buy a regular medical card for 100 BC or a permanent one for 300 BC in the Store > Services tab.
