🔴 Ignoring Business Center Tasks

Most businesses (except the Construction Company, Transport Company, and Casino) have tasks that must be completed to maintain and increase income.

🔻 If at least 1 of these tasks is not completed within 4 days, the business will revert to state ownership and be auctioned!

⚠️ Special conditions apply to particularly profitable elite businesses. Casino and Auto Service Center are automatically confiscated and auctioned every 15 days, regardless of whether tasks have been completed, rent paid, or products restocked. In this case, the owner receives fixed compensation for the business. 

🔻 If the business is listed for auction by the owner, the final price also includes all acquired assets: upgrades, company vehicles, and funds stored in the business account (including the commission fee). 

🔴 Lack of Products for Sale

Since most businesses specialize in selling goods or services, owners must regularly restock their warehouse.

🔻 If the warehouse runs out and is not replenished within 24 hours, the business will cease its operations and will be put up for auction.

🔴 Non-Payment of Rent

It is important to pay rent and taxes on time at the nearest bank branch — late payments may result in losing your business.

💡 Keep an eye on notifications — the game will warn you in advance about upcoming payment deadlines or low supply of products.
